Your data

Privacy & KVKK

GeoSiyer collects as little as possible: no ads, no trackers, no selling of data. This page explains exactly what is stored, where, and how you can have it removed.

What we store on our servers

If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we store the e-mail address and display name your provider shares, plus your gameplay record: best scores, finished sessions, streaks, achievements and collectibles, and any reports or feedback you send. Guests are not tracked — without an account, nothing about you is stored server-side.

What stays in your browser

Your settings (language, sound) and a local cache of your own progress live in your browser's storage. A single session cookie keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool: no cookies, no fingerprinting, no individual profiles. We only see aggregate counts — page views, country, browser. IP addresses are processed transiently by Cloudflare to serve and protect the site and are never used to build profiles.

Where your data lives

Everything runs on Cloudflare's global network, and every connection is encrypted (HTTPS). We do not share personal data with any third party beyond the sign-in provider you chose and Cloudflare as the infrastructure.

Retention & deletion

Your record is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account (Settings → account) permanently removes your server-side data — progress, sessions, awards, and leaderboard entries. Local browser data can be cleared from Settings or by clearing site data.

Your rights (KVKK & GDPR)

Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask what it is used for, and object to processing. Most of this you can do yourself in Settings; for anything else, write to us and we will respond as soon as we can.
