Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for GeoSiyer premium packs, bundles, and Supporter subscriptions.
Web Purchases
Web purchases are handled by our payment provider. If you bought through the GeoSiyer website, send a refund request with the account email, order ID if available, purchase date, and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Access to the refunded subscription, pack, or bundle may be removed after the refund is processed.
App Store Purchases
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to that store's refund process. Use the store account that made the purchase to request a refund there.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the store, payment provider, or billing portal used for the purchase. Canceling prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically refund the current paid period.
Pack and Bundle Purchases
For one-time pack or bundle purchases, we review refund requests for accidental duplicate purchases, technical access problems we cannot resolve, or other fair billing issues.
